Today I went to Creighton Dialysis Clinic in Findlay Ohio.  I took them a load of blankets and hand made book marks.  The nurse that greeted me was so thrilled to see the blankets!  She said she was told to expect me, and the clinic staff was quite curious about my phone call.  They were very impressed and thrilled that volunteers would think of donating to dialysis patients.  She said several patients have issues with being cold, and they wrap up in two or three blankets at a time!  There are several patients who are readers and they will enjoy the book marks.  She asked for my name, and I refused to tell her. I told her that this is a group effort.  Many people open their hearts and give these gifts.  I am just the lucky one who gets to deliver them.  I received a big hug on behalf of the volunteers of Still Someone.  (((HUG)))  to all of those who give to keep this organization active.
